A constant endeavour to help the needy in keeping with WHO's vision of Health for all by 2000 A.D., has induced the Institute of Cardio-Vascular Diseases to launch a Multifunctional Mobile Diagnostic Clinic Service that conducts Cardiac Screening Camps at various locations, thereby eliminating travel, boarding and lodging expenses for the underprivileged.

The first of its kind in India , this exclusive mobile clinic is a ray of hope to many. It has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment that includes three echo cardiogram machines, a colour Doppler imaging system, a treadmill console, a defibrillator and computers that facilitate immediate release of reports to patients.
