The cilinical laboratory services encompasses divisions of clinical pathology, hematology, clinical chemistry, serology and immnuology. The laboratory is well equipped with fully automated instruments in all divisions. The laboratory functions round the clock to support the health care system. The laboratory has automated urine analyzer, 3 part and 5 part hematology analyzer, fully automated chemistry analyzer, coagulometer and immuno assay (ELFA & CLIA) walk away systems. the LIS helps in maintaing data of billing, patient's values and Quality Control System. The Immunology divisions does IFA for detection of auto antibodies.

The laboratory has a team of dedicated professionals, in EQAS programmes conducted by CMC Vellore, India, and AIIMS - NABL India. The internal quality control is also well controlled and documented. The laboratory strives to issue 'STAT' reports on certain parameters.
